Offers & Prices & Policy

Besides our main service as Driver & Guide-Team, we carry out all kinds of reservations (hotel, restaurant, flight…), we offer pick-up services to and from the airport, we provide you with theatre and opera tickets, as well booking special events and helping you find a nice room or flat if you decide to stay in Syria a little longer to deepen your knowledge of the Arabic Language and Lifestyle.

Driver (incl. Car & Petrol) 110 € per day (per group)*

Guide 60 € per day (per group)*

Border crossing fee 100 € (per group)

Reservation 15 €

Airport pick-up service 30 €

*in Lebanon, Jordan and Turkey an extra of 15 € per day is added to the Driver and to the Guide service.

Guarantee
Once you have confirmed the trip, a 25% prepayment-garantee is to be effected by bank transfer. We will provide you with our bank data after having received your confirmation.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations have to be clearly communicated by email. The delivery date will be arbitrative for the restitution.
90 - 46 days before arrival: 25% of the price previously agreed upon
45 - 11 days before arrival: 50% of the price previously agreed upon
10 - 1 days before arrival: 75% of the price previously agreed upon

Administration Fee
If you book a trip with us, all administrative work from our side is for free. Should you decide not to travel with us, we will have to charge 50 € administration fee for the drawing of itineraries and general support. This payment is to be effected by bank transfer.
